I had to research and choose a firm from overseas so was a little apprehensive with the process. Having done a lot of internet searches I settled with AIM windows to replace about 10 Sash windows. Choose a smaller local firm rather than the big window companies was something I read a lot and in this AIM delivered an exceptional product and service. Matt and his team were professional from the first call to each step of the process, even picking up the keys from a drop point to help me get the job done. The two fitters installed in two days and I learned to appreciate they have a tough job but executed the installation brilliantly. The windows as much as I know about windows appear to be quality materials and built well. So relieved I chose AIM for a significant spend, they delivered!!! Service: General window replacement

Needed new front door with matching side panels. Aim Windows did just what they promised on their website. Helped with the design, saving some costs, surveyed the site. Two-weeks later sent two excellent installation guys who removed (and disposed of) the old door and panels, fitted the new, and cleaned up. First class all around service. Very competitive price. No mess, no hassle. Just what they promised. Highly recommended. Service: General door installation
