I have a lot to say about this company so I will try to condense it; Service - The tax agent assigned to me was very rude from the moment we met in person. She had a hard sale approach and this immediately made me very weary. Pricing - I was told this service would cost 600 plus VAT and additional processing fees. When I asked her if there is a contingency if for any reason they are unable to provide me with an ITIN number if my payment protected, she said there is a section on the agreement that says I will be refunded if they cannot help me. There was no such section - after I told her this she went out of the office room told her assistant to add a section and printed it off anew. At this point I felt very uncomfortable and said I will speak to my agency before I sign and agree to terms - she then told me, youll find cheaper but I wouldnt trust it ... best of luck when she knew she had lost a client she became very bitter and didnt even see me out.
