        Terrible. Booked between 12 and 1 so I could grab my shopping during my lunch break. No one came, I called the shop and asda. Went in to speak to the desk and no one could help. And hour later someone came out and said he went on lunch.. WHY ALLOW SLOTS IF NO ONE IS THERE!! he then went in to get my stuff and took 15 minutes.. So in all it took an hour and 15 minutes to get my stuff, and I was late back to work! Its a joke. Just go in the shop. Also the staff was so rude!
