Adam is the very best in the business. I run a tech company and last year decided to also try and run a marathon. I found him through Google and it was the find of year. The treatment is brilliant. Adam is also a brilliant personal training. This is also something I have worked on with Adam and got really good results quickly. I do recommend Adam to my friends and colleagues and am a regular now as I trying to beat my time in the marathon. I have played top level sports for 30 years and never worked with a better masseur.

I would highly recommend Adam - I have been dealing with chronic muscle pain for awhile, and after one session with him, my pain has improved immensely. He is extremely generous with his time, and provides a space that one can really relax and feel comfortable in. He is very knowledgable about the body and injury healing. Will be booking regular appointments

I had an excellent experience with Adam. He's a very good massage therapist, has a lot of training and experience and he has a very strong knowledge about the human body and its anatomy. He knows what he does and it shows, so there's no need to be insecure. I feel much better after the session, it's really worth it.
