The management is unprofessional and not providing services to their customers although we are paying them money. We have requested several times to email invoices but rather than they started adding interests which is pathetic. Staff do not have any idea what are they doing, its system less company. They treat all their clients poorly and I'm very dissatisfied with their service. Dont know how come these guys are allowed to operate. Where can we complain about this company ?

absolutely awful, my service charge jumps 2000 per half year, no reason what so ever. avoid at all costs. Lifts keep breaking at the lock building every month out of service due to the cheap cost cutting!!!! Joke

The management is rude, unprofessional and not able to work with customers. A special recall for Aaron, no communication or human skills at all. I've been treated very poorly and I'm quite disappointed from all points of view. The company took my cycle, due a miscommunication with the complex's keeper and they have the bike but refused to give it back while communicating all of this rudely. If you can, avoid them, you can find much better around.
