    I have owned a flat managed by Remus for five years now, and each year I seem to have issues with their accounting. Recently (January 2023), I phoned to query the change in service charges and settle several invoices by phone. I was unequivocally assured that everything was paid up and nothing due. However, I have now been sent another statement for more money which their accounts team couldn't fully explain to me, as the outstanding balance doesn't match what is due. Clearly previous payments have been used for the new statement, so everything is out of whack. Their Accounts 'manager' Sinead Hill hung up on me after I expressed my frustration that I can't even settle the balance with her over the phone. Everything must be done through BACS or through an automated line. They don't even have a customer service line to complain to. Abysmal service all round and if I wasn't tied into using them, I would avoid at all cost.

    Horrendous company. They do nothing. Months to reply to emails, completely incompetent. Rude staff that lack brain cells. They manage my block of flats (every resident I spoke to cant stand them).
