Unaccomodating and rude. When it comes to kids, even if there has been a miscommunication in booking if a parent turns up with a child I don't think it's acceptable to be turned away at the door. It's a soft play class, not a difficult service to be accomodating for. Another parent offered to give their child's space for my crying child instead. A little kindness goes a long way something the staff there should learn from.
