        The staff are pleasant but getting an appointment or asking basic questions is made to be the biggest deal. I've had to wait anything from 30-55 minutes after my appointment time to be seen.

        Disgusting customer service. The staff expect you to basically be jobless and have nothing to do so they can do what they please in terms of uninformed scheduling. The manager is tone deaf and loves hearing herself speak, don't know how she got to this position with her rude behaviour but she should be fired. If you expect a decent dental service I would not reccomend this place.
