Would love to give a big thank you to Andreas for his amazing service. He made sure everything went smoothly with our house purchase and always answered our questions quickly. We did not have to chase him even once, he was very on top of things. Would highly recommend Andreas, especially if you'd like things done promptly. These guys are amazing! Our flat had been on the market with other agents for a really long time. We swapped to Chestertons and we got sales agreed within a week and completion in 2 months! Communication has been great throughout the whole process with weekly if not more often catch-ups. Also, the price they sold it for, more than made up their higher fee! Could not recommend them enough!

I've purchased my first ever home within 2.5 months of the offer being accepted, it would have taken a lot longer without the help of Andreas. Andreas is the embodiment of work ethic, initiative and timeliness. He was on top of every step of the way - staying in contact from verifying my ID all the way to collecting the keys. He was making sure all parties were able to deliver on time, and ensured the ball was always rolling. Bottom line is, if you're selling or buying a house, you want Andreas.
