I really liked the service I received from them. I only requested to view a single flat, but Betsy reached out to me to understand what kind of flat I was looking for and suggested to view a few more flats at the same time. I am overall satistied with the experience with Johns & Co agency. Agent Betsy helped us find a place that we are happy with. When me and my boyfriend found a few apartments we liked, Betsy was very fast to organize a viewing. When we liked one of the places she was very quick to contact the landlords and secure the place for us. The whole process was almost smooth, just at the end, before moving in we were a little bit confused when and how to take our keys so my boyfriend had to go to the agency to find out this information. But other than that, we were very happy with this agency and agent Betsy. Thank You!
