I am a Team Leader at a supported accommodation in Stratford, we have struggled with getting the right care company/carers over the past few years however since we started working with Bluebird care it has been nothing but amazing. We have one of the most difficult clients to work with however with the help of the registered manager Tansy and the carers, they have manage to create a good working environment and wonderful relationship with the client. I will recommend bluebird care docklands to anyone.

I approached bluebird care docklands after my great nan fell unwell and needed care. We was very unsure on the process and it was a daunting task finding people we trusted enough to help us with the care. Tansy was absolutely amazing and made the process very easy. She was helpful, answering any questions we had! A year after they started the care, they're doing such an amazing job, I cannot fault the service they provide.

There are two many issues, Tansy failed to follow up on any of my concerns, Carer show up hours late and have no regard for my well-being or feelings. Im really disappointed and I regret joining you guys. You should really not advertise that you are a five-star service as its very misleading. Save yourself hassle and distress and stay away from this company.
