Excellent staff.fantastic experience! The staff in the venue put me to ease and helped me with the final upload during the test. Highly recommend this centre to the students taking a test!

Great Atmosphere for classes, they provide personal touch with students to ensure the students can have the best learning experience. The virtual learning campus has a lot of activities and learning material for self practice and tutorial support is one of the best features I have come across to get quick and easy help for your questions regarding the course syllabus. Overall 5/5 starts for Osborne Training.

I really dont understand how did I get myself into a poor organisation such as this one . Practically, theyre doing nothing for the students. As follows: -Staff of this organisation theyre always late. -theres no space for break where you can have a drink/eat. -the software using its cheap -the fee of this course its slightly a lot compared to what theyre offering in fact you have to pay for each exam/for AAT in order to have access to assessments practice them and for the certificate needs to pay. -office staff includes owner of this company all arrogant and luck of confidences. -the whole building itself is always empty and all lights off. Basically, it gives really bad feelings that all cheap cheap nothing to do for their customers/students who in fact are the one bringing money. Ill never ever recommend this poor organisation. Once you reach youll know what I meant all aspects mentioned above.

I have enjoyed my lessons and classes which I have taken part of AAT Qualification and found the staff who I have met very helpful in terms of any questions I have. The exam booking process was very easy and straightforward.

If I could give zero I would. Terrible experience as an external student taking an exam here, making an already stressful experience absolutely horrendous. Computers kept crashing, started 20 minutes late (another student was an hour late starting!), screen kept freezing during the exam and three times I got a not responding message which was very stressful worrying the work Id done so far would be lost! The invigilators didnt apologise once despite people being visibly upset and stressed. One person even walked out. Avoid at all costs. I will be complaining and reporting to AAT.
