Went over to this dry cleaners to get a drawstring on a jacket repaired. The woman explained that the tailor was not in but she gave it a go and repaired it free of charge!

Extremely poor service which ended up costing me triple the agreed price! I left a coat to dry clean and fix a small whole in the inner lining which they reassured me will be ready in 2 days and will cost me a total of 35. When I went to pick it up the coat wasnt ready (no one bothered to call me or text me to let me know). As I was moving to another country the very next day this was already a big inconvenience to say the least. A friend of mine managed to pick up the coat 3 days later and after endless attempts to call them as they seem to rarely pick up the phone... I wish this was the end of the bad news but no! They have decided to redo the entire inner lining of the coat (I ONLY asked to fix a small whole which was about 3cm!!!!) They claim the instructions werent clear so they did the whole thing which is ridiculous! I have no fault their colleague didnt provide the right instructions as I was extremely clear what I want and what Im willing to pay. Also, they could have called me and ask me again to explain since it was unclear but they didnt and instead they decided for me ... So instead of 35 they changed 75 for something I did NOT want and something that was late! All this pleasure is now going to cost me approx 100 as I also need to ship it intentionally! If there was negative rating I would have given them this!

To summarize, all this place do is take your shirt, machine wash it. Take your money. WITHOUT any care about you and your shirts. If you are the business owner, I recommend you to train your employee more. Unprofessional, impolite. The one works on June 20, 800am. All she wants to do is blaming everything to the customer, and the customer would never return so she get less work. Story: Washed 5 shirts with them 1st time. Took 4 days. When i get back the shirts. Firstly, all collars plastics are gone. The lady on the front desk said its not their responsibility. I should have removed them before i hand the clothes to them. How would a 1st time customer know about it? Secondly, the shirts are not cleaned. All stains are still there. I understand some stain cannot be removed, but they dont even tried or give me warnings about it that it cannot be cleaned.

Used this place for the last 5 years to get my shirts done. No complaints.
