        I choose this GP only before I live across the road, it's ridiculous how useless they are. Doctors can't even make a diagnosis properly they can only prescribe paracetamol. Appointments are never available, I'm pregnant and priority should be given , but hell NO! they take so long even to call you... HOW UNORGANISED!!!

        They do not give appointments. The only time to call is 8 am, once I call thrice..long waiting period..still couldn't speak to doctor

        Absolutely ridiculous that you hold on call for over an hour to be told no appointments & all fully booked and to call back the next day to get the same issue and use e-consultations which are supposed to take two working days and still dont get a response after five days then the receptionists hang up on you and when try calling back still put on hold with a long que again and when the surgery is supposed to call a patient to schedule you an appointment to see a doctor which dont actually happen and when calling about a private matter the receptionists tell you the doctor may not call back too see what the actual issue is with out the receptionists knowing what the issue is like the receptionists are fully trained GPS Doctors or nurses this surgery is an absolute disgrace of a nightmare highly do not recommend
