        Amina shaikh instantly understood the issue and was brilliant to help me set personal hotspots when I changed phones. Twice call was disconnected but she rang me back, must say I have never experienced a call back without asking to complete a query from a call centre before. Excellent service by Amina you are an asset to the company. Thanks
