        if i could score zero i would, disgraceful, pointless service , lodged a complaint, no one ever contacted me, no reply to any e mails, arranged 3 call backs, they never called, waste of time, close it down

        Waste of time sending email with evidence of discrimination. In my opinion they side with Bromford Housing Association claiming they can not stop these landlords being ableist. Ridiculous organisation.
