        Avoid renting in this building. Bad design and engineering: the external fins rattle whenever theres a bit of wind making noice; the building sways and the walls creak. Impossible to sleep. The building is a couple years old but the lifts are out of service often and hot water and heating is unreliable. The facilities like swimming pool and sauna have been closed due to leaks and will remain out of service until Aug 2023. The entrance of the building smells of decomposing rubbish. Most flats are owned by a company and hence the landlord is only interested in your money and wont do anything to solve any issues you have.
