Engineer by name kumar had visited our place on an emergency call. Prior to his visit we had 4 other companies but couldn't fix it & wasted our time. But this company was on time & fixed it in 1st Half Hour , was very reasonable & Honest about the pricing , time. the engineer was Expert in IT Hardware & Software Issues, Over all , I would rate as the best company we ever had to fix IT issues at our office. I would strongly recommend for others.

Was called to client as laptop was crashing. Arrived on time and promptly. Although he promised the laptop will be opened at premises, this was not the case. Instead he took it away for two nights to investigate. We were advised that there hardware issues. On return of the laptop we got a second opinion through a friend. He found in fact there was a driver issue. Also, to note - we found that the busy engineer attempted to open the laptop with force. Another note, he forgot our case for the laptop on returning it. When asked to return the case he promised but did not deliver. We waited over a week to get the laptop cover back. We also had some verbal exchanges in which he did not conduct at a professional level when unprovoked. To conclude, there are much better tradesmen out there one could deal with.
