The Home Gourmet

I never write online reviews (good or bad) but I felt I had to take the time to give these guys 5 stars (I'd give them 6 if I could) for the BBQ dinner party they catered last week. They were amazing! The food was superb and the staff were accommodating, polite and a pleasure to deal with. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend anyone else to do the same! Fantastic!

Used the the company back in 2013, was exceptional service and food then. Used again recently and the staff were rude and not cooperating not particularly presentable. Refused multiple times to take their outside shoes off in our house - one saying she had a condition with her foot (we werent prior warned about) and then said it was for safety while cooking however they didnt even have covers for them, nor an inside pair I expected higher service. This was upsetting for me prior to our house event. After hours and myself being in tears after organising a surprise party for my husband knowing he wouldnt be ok with the shoes on they then reluctantly cooperated. Food was ok but sadly damage done. I messaged the boss who I previously had contact with and Unfortunalty I never got a response.

Outstanding food and service. Hard working and lovely staff who made the dinner party extremely enjoyable.

We used The Home Gourmet to cater a large family event, the food was superb, the staff were very professional and the whole evening went incredibly smoothly. I have used them since for small dinner parties and large work events. Would very much recommend moving forwards.

I've been to several events which The Home Gourmet have catered for and have been hugely impressed every time. Delicious food and fantastic service every time.
