Bought a Secondhand Bucanneer Schooner from them about 6 months ago and was happy with the purchase, the only problem I encountered was that when I went to collect it I was informed that there were no gas bottles supplied and also they could not sell me one as calorie gas arent allowing new contracts??? I had a 15kg Blue bottle (which isnt ideal in colder weather) so I paid for a new adapter and thought it would be fine. It isnt! Most suppliers run out within days of replenishing their stock i drove everywhere yesterday to find one without success , If I had of known this from the outset I would have made it part of the deal that a bottle was provided, also when they changed the adapter they did not put the old one back in the caravan , I did mention this this morning when I called and would have expected them to at least provide me with a new adapter, Advice is make sure you have an orange butane bottle, but basically I would have thought that this should be supplied with a purchase even if its second hand.

Great selection of accessories, consumables, and spares. Frienly knowledgable staff. Adequate parking. Roadworks close to the turnoff. Be prepared for slight delays from Bicester direction. Access road to business is also being repaired, lots of potholes, but this is part of what is being fixed.

We bought caravan from here last year and were very pleased with the help we received from Karen and Richie who we dealt with would highly recommend them as they deal with every single whim we had .. thanks very much liz and Tim bowley x
