I had three lots of replacement windows with hairs, paint, scratches from Affordable Windows (who make these windows) one of the frames cracked so i had to have a replacement frame also. In the end it made me very anxious . Timberlook never replied to my email also. It caused stress with no compensation. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the glass. The frames look lovely but i hate the noisy trickle vents when its windy. No apology . I would not recommend.

I am a trade customer and have been using this product from the get go. Simply put there is no better value for money and authentic looking window on the market that rivals this. Timberlook windows and doors have researched, developed and ended up with a product that is the future in double glazing for customers homes. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. The choice to be a TRADE ONLY company makes sense as replacement windows and doors can be a minefield and local expert advice and guidance is a must.

We had a large number of Timberlook flush sash windows and two doors installed by a local company. It was obvious there was an issue with the windows at the start of the installation, but we were assured it could be sorted out. Turns out the issue was a manufacturing fault throughout the entire install, which meant the windows did not open and close freely, without the handles and locking mechanisms catching the rubber gaskets and central mullion. Timberlook engineers visited our property but werent able to solve the problem, which eventually resulted in us being left with faulty windows throughout. We received a terrible service from our installer and turned to Timberlook for help to try and solve the issues, however, the response we received was equally as bad, and Timberlook even threatened to report us for harassment if we contacted them again! Weve had a professional survey of all the windows and doors, there is no doubt the manufacturer Timberlook are at fault, the quality of the product is not to a suitable standard. Timberlook post so many photos on instagram and Facebook advertising their wonderful looking windows, however, whether they are actually fit for purpose is questionable. Timberlook should be ashamed of how theyve behaved and shown so little compassion for victims caught up in a mess caused by them. Unfortunately we couldnt take legal action against Timberlook as our contract was with the installer. I would not recommend Timberlook or its associated companies (AWS), there are much better window manufacturers out there.
