I need to order spare parts for a garden glider seat. I emailed them 6 times over 2 weeks. I tried different email addresses. When I called them the Spare Parts Dept goes to a recorded message saying to email with the email address. You cannot leave a message. I sent 4 emails over a week to the spare parts department email address. No replies. Fortunately, the retailer I bought it from stepped in and was kind enough to send me the spare parts free of charge. Non-existent customer service from Trans-Continental Group. They completely ignore customers. All credit to Amazon Marketplace seller: Garden Store Direct who were excellent.
