Easy to find plenty of room for ur 45' lorry . Quick professional turnaround if delivering. Good banter nice lads. When delivering this makes a huge difference to a trucker in controll ov a 40tonne beast. Frustration can cost lives. Thank you chaps.

Opened a trade account with yourselves placed a order then I received a Email saying my account was rejected. I Telephoned for a explanation to be told I did not give our Website address details. This was not the case customer service poor would not recommend.

I fell in love with all the items that you guys do and opened a trade account and placed my very first order for 17 pictures on the 14th August and been looking forward to displaying your items in our shop was explains it could take between five and eight weeks for these items to arrive was contacted the past week to arrange the delivery explains the situation of being on the High Street but have a public carpark behind our premises which holds 120 cars as well as dustcarts and previous deliveries of lorries was told it would arrive yesterday. I started to share with my clients the pictures and already had a healthy book up of items one specially the two lion heads which was an anniversary present I explained to the customer would be in yesterday which I got extra members of staff to ensure that we are Staff to help unload and display items for delivery failed , after myself having to call to find out where the delivery was! due to the lorry breaking which I understand But stress I have a back wait of these orders. I got a call this morning from the driver explaining he is unable to deliver today it will have to be tomorrow which I passed on my concerns to the staff and your team. Received a call back from your member of staff saying it wasnt the delivery from you guys that had failed it was one someone else which I apologise if I acted too strong. The driver or the delivery company called back and said yet again there unable to deliver I asked was it then the code before he confirmed it was so I phoned your company again to be put on hold for a period of time whilst youre trying to sort this problem I was advised that I would have to wait for the driver to call so that I can assist them with the delivery. Feel totally let down which is now echoed onto my customers for the Failures you seem to have Great products but fail on service just received a call from Megan to be informed of the refund which I appreciate I explained reviews will be given and she said the Phalia was with the delivery company and with myself I have expressed I have CCTV at the front and back of our premises overseas or areas it shows no delivery even though but she said it was... Customer service not up to par at all ... put the blame on me ...
