        I opted for the car to be treated with Gardx. The car was 16 months old so I was expecting the process of applying the Gardx to involve thoroughly cleaning the car. Unfortunately this wasnt the case and there was evidence that the Gardx had been applied patchy in some areas. When I replied to an email I received from the General Manager I mentioned how disappointed I was with the Gardx treatment and he didnt even bother to respond. Based on this experience, I will certainly not be using Lookers for any future servicing or support with the vehicle, and would be reluctant to buy from them in the future.

        Massive thank you to Franco! I went into purchase some oil, after my oil light had flashed up, but the service team had finished for the day. Franco very kindly topped up my oil, so I could continue on my journey back to Manchester! Thank you!
