Took our 3 dogs here and signed them up at another vets straight away, the vet was very unprofessional and rude. She wasn't dressed at all like a vet and wouldn't let us into the treatment room with our pooches. The waiting room was very run down and not a nice atmosphere. There was washing on view being dried in a rear room and presumably staff pedal bikes stored in view. We'd pre booked our appointment, but when she came out of the treatment room and saw us in the waiting room, her response was 'who are these' as if she wanted to finish for the day and didn't expect us to be there. - not a welcoming feeling at all considering we were new paying customers. She was also wearing regular clothes and dressed like a hippy, certainly didn't instill confidence. The vet was very abrupt and talked down to us, rather than giving us helpful advice. We've now gone to rowan vets which is a million times better, always been professional and exactly what we expect from a veterinary practice.

Chose this vet as had good reviews, booked my 2 Maltipoos in for yearly boosters and wish I'd not gone here. As soon as we entered our dogs were trembling uncontrollably, because of this we wanted to go in with them when they had their boosters, were told no can't, reason if vet gets anything she's off work, but was happy to stand in close proximity of us chatting, that didn't make sense for a start. Each dog taken in one at a time, they came out, we weren't told where they were injected, or any side effects that may happen, sure enough a few days later one dog gets a large 50p size lump on right ribs, which sends us into panic mode, phoned vet to ask where the vet injected the dogs to be told she wasn't in but depended how well behaved the dog was, well both are very well behaved and not aggressive so why one dog in back of neck and one by ribs who knows, the vet was very abrupt, rude some would say, to us. Made us feel like bad dog parents because one dog in her opinion was overweight, that's not the opinion of her breeder or another vet who we since asked, seeming surprised we walk them when in fact they have two walks a day, minimum 30 minutes each walk, we monitor their food intake so felt we were doing the right things to be told not, all in all a horrible experience and won't be returning.
