I wasn't going to write a review but I feel it is needed and I would give minus stars if I could. Scott communicated with me about it, and I was fine with it, but he was an hour late for our agreed appointment. To find out he was unable to carry out the booked service as he didn't have the equipment necessary to carry out his service and hadn't asked me prior if I had the equipment for him to use. He refused to refund the deposit and wanted me to wait 1-2 more weeks as I couldn't get to him later that evening and wait around 3 hours until he finished the car (despite the service being advertised as mobile) and despite the fact he won't take responsibility for this issue. But the worst thing of all is how unprofessional he was about it, so petty over messages and feels the need to keep messaging when I asked my bank if I was within my rights to request a refund. I would never recommend some one with such a vile personality. Grow up and get some decent customer service training is my best advice.

Came on time but didn't give e himself enough time to clean my car, didnt clean boot door, both visors still had mold and dust not been touched, roof on the inside was left un touched. I was my work car but half a job done. Se t him pics he offered to give me 20 back,still not received it. There are better out there.

Professional, clean job for the price. Very happy and would recommend! * * * Do NOT ring the 01253 ...022 number listed here!! It is their old number and now a residential property- the business can be found via mobile number when you Google the specific business.
