        Fantastic service and knowledge from Elaine and her son. They have saved my old DC18 from the tip. Everything explained to me re the work completed. Elaine texted/rang me to keep me informed. It's always a chance trying a new shop/service and looking at their reviews helped me decide. I'm so pleased that I made the right choice. This quality and personal level of customer care is becoming rare on our high streets. Long may Blackpool Vacs continue! Many, many thanks

        I took in my old cordless Vax cleaner thinking that the on/off switch had failed. It turned out that the battery was totally dead and unable to be recharged. The staff were totally honest and did not charge us a penny for diagnosing the real problem. Amazing customer service

        Brilliant and pleasant service. Took my Hoover cleaner on Monday as it had stopped working. Collected it Tuesday,, switch replaced. Price 15. How do they do it ? Thanks Elaine and all concerned !

        Absolutely brilliant service. I needed my Dyson serviced and cleaned all very last minute and they were only too happy to help! When I received it back it was sanitised and cleaned thoroughly. Would highly recommend!
