        Back in October 22 I bought a used Merc E-Class from Cleveleys Car Market. The car was prepared very well and had a full service and full 12 month MOT when I collected it. I am delighted by the service Adam and Nigel (staff) gave in the process. Both were extremely helpful at all stages. I even got a complimentary car to drive while my new Mercedes was being prepared. Six month on, Adam phoned from Cleveleys Car Market to check that I had had no problems with the vehicle. I was happy to reassure him that the car had completely lived up to expectations. Cleveleys Car Market were a pleasure to do business with and I will defiantly return next time I want to upgrade. Many thanks from a very happy customer.

        Adam whom I've only dealt with has been utterly professional. He has responded to any communications I have had. Ofter with swift well presented audio feedback via WhatsApp. My contact with Adam has always left me feeling confident that the car I was purchasing was to be of a really good standard. As I was buying from long distance I had to place faith in what I was being reassured of. After receiving the the car, after purchase I noticed a number of issues that were not were not as expected and were agreed to be defective. Bearing in mind. This was just before Christmas and they were trying their best to get every vehicle delivered to all customers, this is understandable. Once I notified Adam of the issues I have to say , he swiftly attempted to rectify all of them as swiftly and easily as possible. I have to say, the after service from, be it either a used car or a new piece of electrical device for our home. This has been better than I have ever experienced. Thank you Adam and all the team.
