Wow what a smooth transaction from a really nice guy. Anthony was extremely patient and professional with the sale of the car due to unforseen circumstances and delays we encountered. He was also able to offer super rates which is a huge advantage is this current climate. The car was beautifully presented and everything on point. I would not hesitate buying from him again. Excellent Customer service, Will gave me great honest advise on the car, and he delivered it to me on a day that was convenient. I was kept informed on what was happening. Very please with the car, and would 100% use Woodmans again. Thanks again for delivering the car Will Much appreciated

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Howarth Motor Company. After looking into a car and contacting Anthony to ask a few questions, I was happy with the answers I received, so I scheduled to call back the next morning to arrange a viewing. The following morning, I called Anthony and was told that he would give me a call back later, around 3 pm, to let me know to come and view the car that day. Having taken the day off work for this, I was highly disappointed not to have received a call at all. So, at 8 pm that day, I contacted Anthony via message, letting him know that I'm disappointed I didn't receive a callback. Anthony did apologise, which I appreciated, but I was still let down due to a rearrangement of work. It finally came down to Anthony getting in touch a little while later, asking me to come and view the car later the following day. Unfortunately, this wouldn't work for me because I couldn't get the time off work, especially when I've just taken a day off to view the car. I let Anthony know of this on the 20th of May and have since been ignored. So Howarth Motor Company was very unprofessional, which was surprising considering the positive reviews.
