We bought a quite expensive car from this business. We were disappointed by the pre-sale checks as we found several issues following picking the car up. Passenger window not working, sun roof switch faulty, hand brake reset non functional and rear retractable boot screen broken. When we complained,these items were repaired by the garage. The main issue remaining was the automatic open/close tailgate not working. Eventually we agreed a small financial adjustment to compensate for the tailgate. Not our preferred outcome, but was given no other choice. Four months from purchase and the ABS turned up with faulty sensors (yes, all 4 of them now) at a cost of 1000 for repair. Not the ideal outcome for us dealing with this garage, and certainly would not recommend.

Bought a car from websters the staff are so friendly especially mikey he explains everything and they make sure you are happy for everything I would definitely go back there when I eventually need another car and I definitely would recommend them nothing is to much trouble

I bought a 2008 Jaguar X-Type of this garage. When we test drove it the turbo was whistling more than it should and leaking oil. I said I would be happy to put a deposit down if these issues were sorted and Mike said he'd give me a call back in a day or 2. When we got the call, he said they are putting it into the garage to get it sorted. He also informed me that the brakes and rear coils would be done (as they were advisories on the previous MOT), the sills would be sorted (as they were starting to show a bit of corrosion and wanted it to be sorted before it went out) and they would also put a fresh 12 MOT on it at no extra cost. With regards to the warranty of the car, since I live about 40ish Miles from the garage, they have said that they wouldn't have me drag the car up, they will just pay for a more local mechanic to me to sort anything that pops up (so far nothing has). I am absolutely over the moon with not only the car, but the service that both Mike and Dave have provided. I would recommend these guys to anyone as they're as honest as you can get, and are both lovely gents.

Travelled 5 hours each way from London to Blackpool for a high value car purchase which turned into a nightmare however Dave and his team were absolutely outstanding. Dave was so patient and understanding every step of the way. They really go out of their way and nothing seems too much hard work which is quite refreshing for a car dealership. They gave us the best possible experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The 10 hour trip was worth it.
