They delivered the course well enough, however it really wound me up that after I completed the course, they charged me another 40 pounds just to have a copy of my own portfolio of answers. I am the one that wrote the answers and they charged me just to send me an email! Not acceptable in my opinion.

I completed two courses with Thirsty Scholars in order to understand and appreciate assessment procedures and methods of best practice. The support was personalised, supportive and patient with my every question and query. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and I know that when I'm looking to do further CPD it is one of the first places I would look for as they are exceptional.

I have enrolled on to a CAVA assessors course with Thirsty Scholars, as they offered monthly instalments. So far they have not taken a single instalment payment, I have tried contacted them through the contact us form, I have emailed them and I have phoned them and I still have not had a reply. The lady on the phone said it was a guy called fraser I had to speak to in regards to payments, but I was told that he was working from home and that he would phone me back and still months later nothing. I do not want to end up with having to pay the full amount at the end of the course.
