I ordered the Supermarket from a firm on Amazon for our Granddaughters third birthday. On opening the box to assemble two days before her birthday we found the vital Till to be missing. Casdon Toys are contactable, refreshing in these days. Hannah was amazingly understanding and her and the team posted the item to us for next day delivery. All turned out well. Our Granddaughter loved the Supermarket. It is a lovely toy and the packets of foods are so lifelike, exact mini real thing.

Very helpful, bought my son a dyson ball vacuum just before Christmas and it was not working as it should. I went to the retailer I bought it from which wasn't very helpful and asked me to get in touch with Casdon. I emailed Casdon and Chloe was very helpful and helped me with the issue. My son is smiling and over the moon. Thank you so much Casdon Ltd.

Really nice well made toys. They contain so much detail and the little features such as the vacuum cleaners actually picking up adds to the realism. Kids love roll play games and to "help out" and these toys certainly allow them to do that. Well done, cant wait to see what else you have in development.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered a henry hoover from one of their retailers but it unfortunately arrived damaged with no time to return/exchange for Christmas (I had to superglue the part ready for Christmas day but it broke again as the toy was being used every day). The retailer wasn't very helpful so I took a punt at emailing Casdon, not expecting much. Well how wrong was I! Casdon customer service were beyond my expectations. They were very empathetic and quickly sent me the damaged part.
