        Absolutely terrible service. Paid James over 300 back in October 2022 for a towbar to be posted to me as he doesnt cover my area, we are now January 2023 and despite asking for tracking information numerous times James continues to ignore me and I still havent received my towbar. Spoken to Trading Standards who have advised me to open a claim via the court which I will now do as I have been left with no other choice. Didnt want to have to do this but after getting ignored for months its the only way forwards. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

        Contacted James to fit a tow bar on my van. James came to my work place to fit. Polite, friendly and professional service from initial contact to completion. Would definitely use again.
