A B tile-fix

I found Andy, Karl, and Sam to be very professional and very helpful. We had quite a problem with floor tiles in our kitchen. Andy investigated and found the asphalt layer underneath had degraded and cracked, in turn causing the floor tiles to crack. Andy and Karl talked us through problem, and informed us what had to be done to fix it. At every stage they explained to us what they were doing, with which products, and how and why they were doing it. They were polite and friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Their work was excellent and to very high quality. I now have a beautifully tiled kitchen, utility and dining area floor. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Andy and his 2 lads have done an excellent job in tiling the floor in the kitchen and hallway of our new house. I simply cant praise Andy and his team enough! Having been let down by several people to do a tricky flagstone floor for my cottage, Andy cane to have a look, gave me excellent advice on the sub floor and agreed to do the job the following week, despite being mowed out with work. Fantastic team of lads; punctual, hard working, very tidy and really know their stuff. Im reluctant to recommend people these days unless they give a five star service but I can wholeheartedly say that these guys are the best team of tradesmen Ive ever had the pleasure of employing.
