At point of a potential new customer today, i received first class customer service by Adam, polite and friendly, got a bit of discount on the deal today, i signed up for a new phone and sim card plus i got a mobile WiFi device so i can use it not just on othe devises other than mobile, but tv too, and i can use it anywhere i like , just the job for trips on train.

Spoke to Gillian, who was very helpfull, spent quite a lot of time going threw my Vodaphone Phone problems, no rush gave me time to explain the problems, a credit to the company
