        Unfortunately I'm having to change my review from a 5 to a 1 star review due to the rudest taxi operator ever! I used to really like this taxi service as the lady used to be lovely...this is Not the same woman. You ignorant person. Shame on you , you are supposed to be representing your company but tonight you embarrassed yourself & your employer. I am definitely not alone in my thinking, other people have stated how rude you are aswell. You either need to be fired or go back to customer service school IMMEDIATELY!

        Lovely drivers but the rudest phone operator! How this woman still has a job speaking with members of the public I do not know. Even the driver said that she was horrible! Wont be using them again
