Premier 401000 Taxis

Used twice yesterday, to and from Blackpool Victoria Hospital. Both drivers were brilliant, they both deserve 5 stars, without question. The controller though, a different story. When I tried to come home, he was rude and abrupt, didnt listen to my clear explanations as to where I was, and then hung up on me when I rang to clarify. This resulted in me having to walk fast, with one leg affected by cellulitis, only to see the taxi drive away. That was painful. Great drivers. Rubbish controller. Edit: Premier got responded to the review, and when I messaged with my contact number, they immediately reached out, said they would review the calls for training purposes, and send me a voucher to compensate. Commendable reaction, and I have amended my review to reflect this. I have also asked for my apology to be passed to the operator in my final call I was very angry, however, I should know better. The operator could have been distracted by events in their personal life, or illness, yet still having to work to make ends meet. I always strive to be kind, and yesterday I failed. Also, we are all working people, our frustrations should be directed to those who stack the odds against us, those in power, those with riches beyond belief. Solidarity to all working people, united we stand.

Booked a good taxi via app for a time and at that time the booking disappeared called the office and the woman could not understand English sorry sorry clearly over sea call centre Im sorry changing to c cabs
