        Booked a tattoo with this shop, my appointment was cancelled twice, once for unforseen circumstances and the second an hour before my appointment which I had already set off for as I live a bit away. The reason for this was there was no equipment to tattoo me with because a delivery didn't turn up a hour before I received a message. I requested my deposit back due to not having enough time to reschedule and was told no there is a policy in place. The policy states about a 48 hour policy on the shop for people canceling and will not receive any money back, but was told I would not get mine back even though it was a hour before my appointment. Rules work both ways, not very professional and seems in organised.
