I visited the salon in February 2022. I used the sun bed (as I normally use it at the tanning shop - which are a highly reputable company and Id highly recommend ) I suffered terrible burns here at Lytham St. Tanz.
There were no goggles or eye protectors available or offered. No creams offered or recommended. The bulbs were different colours which incidentally was the one side I suffered terrible burns.
I instructed a solicitor but after 8 letters Lytham St. Tanz did not respond. My solicitor indicated that this is normally due to them not having insurance. Therefore they are not being held accountable for their negligence.
