5 padlock keys needed, unususal blank needed. Turned up on the delivery day, at closing time a sample was made to check, other 4 cut the following day. Excellent service, very good price compared to a national chain (who didn't have the right blank either).

After recently moving to the area I called up with query to support a small business before going to Timpson as usual. The lady said prices start from 2. I then specified its for a front door, 3 lever mortice lock. She rudely replied There are hundreds of them, I cant give you prices over the phone and hurried off. I called Timpson and he asked what type of lock I had. Told him the same information and said the price and offered 50% off for additional ones. In short, there arent hundreds as thatd mean hundreds of different prices. She clearly couldnt be bothered and doesnt deserve my business. In future Ill be sticking with Timpson. My advice, avoid and go elsewhere for better service.
