Lift to flat not working, filthy and smelly instead. Flat tired looking, toilet not working, ongoing noise issues due to workings behind building we were not told about, also cracking old floors. Booked this flat as advertised as "luxury" only to find out next morning my magnesium bike was stolen, which I left behind closed doors on ground floor (as lift to Penthouse not working).
Walls and doors paper thin, can hear everything and everyone.
This building shouldn't be advertised as luxurious. Nothing luxurious about it and the flat, quite the opposite.
