RS Villas

Superb villa! our family of 4 had a lovely 3 weeks stay and found the villa had everything we needed and was very clean and well equipped. The villa owner was very helpful when booking and was always quick to respond. The games room was a big hit with my family, making good use of the pool table especially. The pool, with it's view of the lake was gorgeous...although the poolside furniture could do with replacing as they were a little worn out and scruffy and not in keeping with the rest of the villa. Location was great and we loved the fact it was a residential area with Floridian locals next door. There are quite a few schools in the neighborhood so we found that travel times to the parks could take a little longer due to the school buses, but the villa is perfectly located especially for the Disney parks. During our stay we did contact the villa management company a couple of times, and they were able to sort out our issues quickly. Thank you for such a lovely stay

We have just returned home after spending 16 wonderful nights nights in this beautiful well located villa.. The villa was well equipped with everything needed for a fantastic holiday from the games room to the pool and spa then to the comfy beds at night where you can have a good nights sleep ready to tackle the parks the next day...Many thanks and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Florida....Swinscoe family
