Reported a claim in May 2021 and still no closer to sorting, have never kept me informed. I have had to chase all of the time. Still waiting for a reply from 3 weeks ago. They then emailed me asking for feedback on a courtesy car that I never had.

Not happy at all with them, I've been first given a 2018 plate car telling me this is their prestige range of cars which is smaller then my SUV and they couldn't offer me a like for like, i had no choice but to accept this, after a month i get told they need to vehicle back as the lease is coming to an end and so they replace me with a 2021 plate vehicle of the same make, later on i get a random text messages stating they will come to collect the replacment car, i had to call them and instruct them that i am not available and that they wish to collect the hired vehicle when my vehicle is still under repairs. They then realised and pushed the day for another week. The saturday came, the driver showed up, took the keys and went without even having a conversation, i had to stop him to find out if i need to sign anything off to him and he said no and just left. I don't know how desperate they were for collecting this vehicle but clearly they didnt want to waste any time in having it back. I have only given 3 stars out of good will for getting a replacement car but besides that the service i was not very fond of.

Took a long time to repair the car but they were very helpful. Kept me informed and updated the whole time reassuring I wouldnt be charged. If you in the Leicester area and an accident ask for Imran he is superb dealt with everything from start to finish. Organised hire car literally in middle of the night great service and collections, even the repair works done to the car super cant even tell anything was wrong blended in perfectly like it never happened. Overall was long time to get the works done no fault of Camrol third party they dealt with on my behalf was a nuisance. Jane and the others in their customer support were really good but Imran was just Stellar getting everything done. Highly recommend them learnt a whole new level of patients in non fault claims now for sure.
