I have only recently joined Vida but I am very happy to say that my experience with them has been brilliant. I was a little unsure that I would have the necessary experience to enable me to be a good candidate despite having the relevant qualifications. However, Jonathan was so positive and enthusiastic that my qualifications, skill set and personality would make me a welcome additional to any school. It was a huge confidence boost for me which enabled me to hit the ground running when I was (immediately) placed in a school as soon as my DBS and refs had come back. A place where I have since been offered a permanent position. Vida are professional, efficient and friendly and I am really pleased I answered the advert on Indeed because a whole new career has opened up for me, thanks to Vida.
