Nothing but problems with this company. Booked a viewing which they cancelled due to another application which was fine. I contact to say please contact me if it becomes available. When it does they ask me if I'm still interested however I cannot bring a pet. Even when I tell them I wouldn't bring one with me they basically accuse me of lying and that they think I will sneak one in and they have reservations about me moving in. I still book another viewing and I notice they had taken the advert off rightmove so I ring up just before they close to confirm the viewing is still going on and I get told no they've had an application! I asked when they were going to bother telling me and she said "erm later on or tomorrow" considering the viewing was for first thing in the morning I think it's unprofessional and wasting peoples time. My partner and I had both booked 2 days off work for this. They have made me feel like I'm not worthy of moving in to this property.
