As the residents management company directors of our development, we recently appointed Homestead as our new managing agent. We remain impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of David and his team. Services provided are competitive, backed up by professional qualifications, and costs are transparent. We look forward to the positive working relationship with Homestead, a welcome change from our old managing agent, whom we fired.

As a recent customer of Homestead, I am very impressed by the professionalism of their service, which is reflected by their membership of professional bodies and awards they have won. Our former managing agent is amateur in comparison. I have found Homestead to be very responsive, understanding, competitively priced and transparent. If you are looking for a new managing agent for your building/development I would strongly recommend asking Homestead for a quote.

I've found Homestead a vast improvement from our previous Management company, David and his team are very approachable, and have everything you'd expect from a professional organisation, from a working website, a physical office you can attend, professionally qualified and experienced staff, mostly importantly they've treat me as a valued customer. Our previous Management company has decided to leave a negative review, they do sound a little bitter that they have lost 33% of their work. Yes, our previous unqualified, unprofessional managing agent, who neither had a website or physical address only managed 3 sites, which is now 2. You would think with having such a small work load they could provide a 5 star personal service, anything but. If you want to get the service you're paying for, without the conflict of interest, Homestead are certainly worth a call. (They even have a land line, like you'd expect from an accredited company). Well done David and team.
