It's New Year's Eve today. I am caring for an elderly gentleman. Our boiler stopped working leaving us with no heating and hot water. It snowed here last night, the house was freezing this morning. I phoned a huge amount of engineers asking for someone to come out. Many were closed and most of the others said 4th of Jan before they would come out. Then I luckily came across this company. I spoke to one of the engineers called Dave. He asked me to describe the problem and send him photos of the boiler. He was able to talk me through how to fix the issue. We now have heating and hot water!! When I asked him how to send a payment he said not to worry! When you're looking for a company to help you with household maintenance, you are hoping to find a decent human who will be honest and kind. Well that is what this company is. Gold hearted people. I'm so grateful.
