The school is nice but the RECEPTIONIST MISS WOOD she is so rude she has no respect for the parents and the most stubborn woman in the work she is a KAREN. Receptionist is very off putting to thinks she is in charge of the school does not pass on messages She thinks she runs everything. I would like you to change the receptionist and have someone more polite that has a respectful way to communicate with the public and the family member I have never seen any one heartless as her
