Really great help with all postage requirements, they spent a large amount of time running through all the different options, and explaining them clearly. Always quick, and happy to provide information when required. Cash machine also located outside.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My partner went in to exchange euros to pounds as my mother and father in law have arrived for a visit. They refused as needed a receipt of proof of where it came from. They made my partner feel like a criminal saying never seen him before. He went in the night before to post day 2 tests. Live a street away there all the time. Absolutely disgusting asking where he is from. How dare you. I think you need to re visit your training. Wont be using you again will go to the main post office in town definitely do not recommend this shop. Avoid at all costs. ......was asked where he was from and where money came from....while the lady was laughing. If policy why told to go to main post office. My partner is not a liar..... reading other reviews shows your service is somewhat out of touch. Laughable as previous years there was no problem changing money in there. Clearly pick and choose when you want to help. I'll be going elsewhere sipmle as that. You dont deserve my custom.
