If I could leave zero stars I would. I have sent a complaint to the post office about Paul the managers attitude. He needs a lesson in customer service. Reading some of the reviews on here, sounds like the same person. To actually be escorted off the premises because of his rude behaviour and then turn it around on me to make it look like he hadnt done any wrong is appalling. I couldnt quite believe what was happening so I decided to go back in and sort it out with another member of staff, who kindly sent my parcel. Then to be targeted again by Paul as he tried to apologise in an unapologetic nasty way that I left in tears. Look at your cctv for evidence of this nasty so called employee and manager working and representing you.

Came in to post two parcels recorded delivery. I had written the address on one, but when using recorded delivery in other post offices I have had the labels printed, so I left it blank. I was informed quite rudely that I needed to write the address on the parcel (which was fine). I asked if the lady had a pen but was given a straight no as an answer. I found it difficult to believe she didnt have a pen behind a post office desk. Anyway went to the one in Layton who got them sent off for me with no issues.

If I could give it zero stars I would twice Ive had a bad experience with the awful man that works there, Im not one to post negative reviews but I have come away shocked and upset about it. I came to the post office counter wanting to send of for a replacement driving licence and I lost the envelope thats comes with it and asked for a new one which he replied well your gonna have to buy an envelope then arent you in such an aggressive rude way, which I replied with cant I just get another licence form as this makes it easier because the address is on there to the dvla which he replied no because you only get one with each form in a rude manner again which i replied saying you dont have to speak to me like that to which he then stuttered and said sorry so I just walked out, who ever he is hes needs to learn to be nice to people what a horrible man !
